My healing sessions are entirely intuitively led depending on your needs. They include an opening meditation, chakra and energy body reading and balancing before I begin reiki. All you have to worry about is closing your eyes and resting. Through meditation, affirmations, and questions specifically channeled for you and what is coming up, I will guide you to a sacred inner space that you can rest in and access your own insights and intuition. The healing reiki energy will allow you to deeply restore and rebalance. I can also offer you any insights that came through during our session together and any recommendations/practices to help you continue your healing journey.
For new clients, we recommend at least 3-5 reiki sessions for a breakthrough in healing and to feel the true benefits. Otherwise, it’s like going to the gym once & never exercising that muscle again.

Healing Session Options
Intuitive healing
session + guidance
(1 hour 20 min)
Recommended for first time clients, and those wanting to go deeper and are seeking extra space to integrate before we get into the reiki session. We will have a 20 min debrief after the session to share anything that came up for you and how you can move forward. This also includes an oracle card pull that I will pick for you as I tune into your energy before our session. Finally, I will offer any guidance or insights that came through during our time together.
Intuitive healing
session
(1 hour)
We will dive right in with reading your chakras and balancing. I will guide you into a meditative space as I begin our reiki session. Each session is guided intuitively and personal to you and what you are going through, whether it be mental, physical or emotional.
Intuitive healing
session
(30 min)
This is a great follow up session for maintenance, or if you are just interested in a shorter session.
